Hotel Napoleonschuur

Wij houden van modern en design. De kamer was ook zo ingericht maar de stenen vloer maakte de kamer toch wel erg kil en koud. Gelukkig waren er wel pantoffeltjes en een badjas aanwezig.

Zeer gehorig.

Locatie en de locatie voor het ontbijt

De binnenzijde van de schuur. Saai/zielloos en doet het pand aan de buitenzijde geen recht. De kamer idem. Daarnaast geen enkele optie om wat kleding op te bergen.

The building and location are beautiful, nicely renovated building with great design furniture.

There was zero sound insulation for the interior of the building. Loud footsteps from above from as early as 7 in the morning, and I could even hear my neighbour plugging in their phone and closing their curtains. Every footstep and door was audible from the hallway. When we got into the building at night, a group of people were drinking loudly in the shared area with their doors open. This felt unsafe because there is no staff in the building and also very unfitting for the location and all around vibe. Due to the stress of partying people and being able to hear everything happening in the building I slept extremely poorly. We were looking for a peaceful getaway so this was quite a disappointment. Additionally: nowhere to store luggage, no wardrobe, cheap spray air freshener in the bathroom, and no shower door which fogged up the room after a shower and nowhere to hang your towel. The beds were lumpy and hard and the TV awkwardly positioned and tiny.

- bed veel te hard - zeer gehorig. Werd sochtends om 6.30 ongewenst gewekt door andere gasten die al vroeg uitcheckten ( lawaai door douche - lopen gang - lift etc - gedoe om lichten op juiste stand / aan-uit te krijgen - mega veel stof op de plexiglazen nachtkastjes en lampen - vieze smurrie vlekken op de gele muren van de inloop douche

Location is good, personal is very friendly. The dark bread for breakfast was excellent.

On/off switching of the lights is not easy and no facility for comfortable sitting for two persons.
