Everything. It's a private residence and the owners, Mary Cris and Mechelle are amazing. Really nice people, considerate and very helpful. If you're looking for peace, quiet and privacy, this is the place to go. Huge garden, beautiful view of the sunset, lots of bunnies hopping around, some cats and at night you can watch a bunch of toads hanging around the Koi pond.

If you are afraid of bumpy roads, don't use a motorbike. The property is a little remote and the path is not suitable for beginners. I will definitely come back. Best place I stayed so far on my travels.

Mechelle, sa sœur Mary Cris et Paul nous ont très bien accueillis, ils sont très gentils, serviables et disponibles. Elles nous ont booké le pick up et loué leur scooter. Ils sont très discrets et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Bon emplacement proche de San Juan au calme avec un accès privé à la mer pour snorkeling et voir des tortues. Terrasse agréable pour profiter de la vue. Joli parc arboré et fleuri où on peut admirer un vingtaine de lapins gambader. Grande chambre bien équipée et lit XL confortable. L'eau de la douche est chauffée au solaire donc plus d'eau chaude le soir. Bon wifi. Le chemin d'accès est praticable uniquement à pied ou en scooter et il n'y a pas de panneau indicatif depuis la route donc pas facile à trouver sans l'aide de notre tuktuk. C'est une très bonne adresse !

Einfach alles. Paul und Mechelle sind so nette Gastgeber. Immer für ein Gespräch da und mit vielen Tipps ;) Man fühlt sich direkt in die Familie aufgenommen. Wir hatten nette Karaokeabende. Die Dachterrasse des Bungalows ist einfach für Sonnen Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.!

The view of the Ocean for sure is very beautiful. Also Mechelle and her Sister were very nice.

Unfortunately Paul made my Stay very uncomfortable in spite of all the good reviews and the kindness of Mechelle and her Sister. The WiFi in the bungalow was not strong and there was no fridge. The entrance is not really private. The bungalow has its own entrance, but you have to pass through their entire property to get to it… The Fridge was listed in the booking and about the WiFi I checked in advance. They confirmed that there is strong WiFi inside the bungalow for online calls. It was not. It was a fluctuating WiFi between 5-10Mbit which is not strong and not suitable for online calls. I tried having a call but I got kicked out several times during the call. They offered for me to use it in their house, but that was far away and uncomfortable. Therefore I requested a partial refund but that apparently triggered Paul. I was told they want me to move out because of my request, which I couldn’t and didn’t because my alternative wasn’t available at the time anymore. (If they had been accurate about the WiFi, I would have booked the alternative from the start…) Well then i received a very long and inappropriate message (probably ai generates) from Paul, to correct me by giving his kids as an example and so on. From that moment I stayed away and did my own thing. But Paul for sure affected my stay very negatively. Therefore I cannot recommend to stay here. Dear Paul, If you see yourself as the spiritual leader of a community that you dare to share with others I recommend you to find other ways to distribute your accomandation. Booking.com is a commercial platform on which it is normal to expect the amenities listed to be provided and if they are not to ask for compensation. But you know, sometimes these challenges also bring us closer to get to know our own Ego - thanks for your advice btw. Sincerely, Lilly

Echt een fantastisch verblijf hier gehad. Super lieve eigenaren en 17(!) hele lieve konijnen. De locatie is prachtig, de accommodatie is schoon en ruim. Er zit een geweldig terras bij met uitzicht over de zee en de zonsondergang. Het is heel erg rustgevend. We hebben veel verblijven op de wereld gezien maar dit is echt een pareltje! Zeker een aanrader als je een goed verblijf zoekt op Siquijor!

Everything was perfect. This place brings you so much peace. You truly connect with nature, surrounded by cows, rabbits, cats, and dogs. The bungalow is perfect — modern, cute, and secluded, ideal for staying in peace. It’s the best accommodation I’ve had in the Philippines so far. You can enjoy sunsets by the beach, where there are so many turtles. The hosts are really kind and help you organize your arrival and departure. I was working a lot since I work remotely, and the WiFi was very reliable.

The only downside is that the location is a bit far from everything without a motorbike. But if you have one, it’s not a problem :)
