Location. Clean and nice apartment. Ziga is very responsive and always ready to accommodate. He immediately attends to your concern.

It would be perfect with a washing machine.

The host sent us detailed directions to the apartment and where to find the keys. Ziga was also very helpful with the booking process. For example, a pro forma invoice was sent to us without any problems as we were travelling for work.

A great old town location really close to all the landmarks. Brilliant kitchen, shower and excellent utility space with washing machine (which we needed as part of a longer trip.) Modern, stylish and convenient.

We couldn't find the washing machine - prior instructions about the utility space would have saved us a lot of time in our short trip.

This is a perfectly situated apartment one street back from the river and close to all the tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean on arrival and is spacious for a city centre location with comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. The kitchen was adequate although a microwave and a toaster for breakfast would be useful additions. Ziga provided lots of information and helped with some requests about transport. During our stay there was a general power cut due to storms and Ziga attended quickly liaising with the power company and providing candles and torches until power was restored. This was appreciated! The only slight drawback is the head room at 1.4m on the mezzanine floor. With 2 teenagers over 1.8m it was a bit tricky but if just using the apartment as a base for exploring then this is fine as the location and other facilities are very good.

Limited headroom on the mezzanine floor was a little tricky for 1.8m tall teenagers but not a deal breaker.
