The property is near downtown and in an excellent location, well equipped with all daily utilities. I appreciate the hospitality and excellent communication of Mr. Ismail (the host) who was so agile and flexible in responding to our needs, and really exceeded my expectations in fulfilling our requirement in very quality time, Thank you very much for everything. I recommend this property for any visitor to Oujda who is looking for a nice, clean and comfort place, and nearby location to all local facilities.

The location is excellent as there are all the facilities you need. Besides the property is clean, organized and equipped with all necessary stuff, and very good furniture. you feel you are at your home.

The area is a little bit noisy because there are all the facilities you need of grocery, butchery, hammam, and so many other utilities.

De accommodatie was erg netjes en schoon alles dichtbij supermarkt ,slager, eetgelegenheden en hamam de eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dichtbij het centrum

De locatie, de netheid, nabijheid van goede eethuisjes, bakkers en winkels. Enkele huizen verder is een heel goede hammam. Echt de moeite waard om deze te bezoeken.

Very friendly host. Very easy accessible. We were well taking care of. The appartement is on a great location near shops and eatery. Easy to park our car and only 3 min drive to the centrum

During our stay we experienced some noise from people that live in the appartement above us. I recommend to bring ear plugs. My husband is 190 the bed was a bit to small
