ZAZAZAZAZAThe chalet was well equipped and had all the necessary “needs” of a traveller. Location suited me excellent, just 2km from friends. The (super friendly) owner did indicate that the property is new and thus the outside is not yet where she wants it to be. As it is a working farm, the outside is yet to be “landscaped” but there is a mobile braai for the braai-ehnthusiastics. For the price, the inside is well worth it and nicely decorated which includes microwave, fridge etc. Definitely value for money.
I packed my portable fan for my trip (so I had no issue) and although the chalet is surprisingly cool during the day, at night I found a ceiling fan might be required for some travellers (I don’t like sleeping with open windows due to the mozzies)…but I am sure the host will install one in future.
