The location was perfect central to every activities within the City. Enjoyed the lagoon view, with boats passing-by and the waking up with that fresh air breeze.

The Unit No. 1: The cleanliness overall (Pots not washed ans polished properly, white bath towel had a dirt stain, couches in the lounge stained & dirty with crumbs inbetween the seats, kitchen kettle dirty & dining room table with dirt stain). The bedroom cupboard doors loose in some areas & some doors not alligned. the issue of vagrants outside the premises, which requires strigent law enforcement
