i loved that the property is brand new and it sparkles . The bed was very comfortable and they have hot water. The cleaning lady was very sweet and efficient. I sat on the balcony most days and worked from my laptop . Thank you for providing an out door table and chairs.

i didnt like out neighbors being so loud but that is not the properties fault. I did not like having to slam the door to get it to lock. I woud prefer AC . I don't think I would stay here in heat of the summer. However for March/Apri the fan was plenty. also I would prefer a light blanket to cover with to go with the sheet.

Property is in a great location. Super close to the beach, bars and restaurants, but is still very quiet. The apartment is a good size, feels new, it’s light and airy. Shower is great with hot water. The pool is lovely. Overall I really recommend the property and would absolutely stay again.

Easy check in with Lu who showed me around the property, it was very clean and spacious. Location was great, a very short walk to the main street. Bed was very big and comfortable and the kitchen area had everything you would need.

My room just had x2 fans rather than AC, which was OK in March but could get quite warm over the summer if warmer!

Perfect location; very spacious; very clean; very private; almost anything you need for a optimal stay in La Punta. Would stay here again if I came to the city.

An A/C would be a big improvement as would be some decorations and a relaxing couch.

The location was very convenient for us. Room was very spacious. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a coffee maker and 1 was there the next morning! Very appreciated. Cleanliness was great thru out common area and our unit.

No air-conditioning, only fans. Could have more furnishing (proper sofa) in the suite and a TV for long term stays. Lounge chairs around the pool would have been nice.

VERY BIG oversized king bed and SUPER clean property - don’t think twice and book this! short walk from La Punta beach and all restaurants yet you’d never know as it’s very peaceful and tucked away. La Punta was insanely busy and loud while we were there over Xmas but we never heard a thing. The pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day or relax around while making plans. Would 100% book again.

No AC however with two large fans provided and HUGE windows we slept just fine.
