The bed was very comfortable and the staff are very helpful

The tv’s didnt work very well, one towel for 2 people In the the room, cracked mirror. Distance from the centre means you need to take transport or a lengthy walk. The fan squeaked whilst it rotated. Got accused of taking the remote controls with us once we left. Why would I take the controls for 2 rooms, 1 where the tv played only audio/no video and the other room where the control didnt work from the bed so you had to stand near the tv anytime you wanted to change channel

Clean Towels every day and lovely staff

Its a bit far from the the center of Moyobamba, but in a very calm neighborhood.

The hotel is highly recommended to rest away from the noise of the city and instead of the hustle and bustle at night you can hear all the sounds of nature. It is highly recommended for nature lovers. The beds are very comfortable, everything clean. The owner is very friendly. He gave us some detergent to wash some clothes and hang the clothes that were already wet. Incredibly, television has Netflix.

It's far from not only the centre but any close good restaurant etc.
