"Staff outstanding. Cleaning outstanding. Shower was cold."

The staff was outstanding and super friendly. The room and bathroom were super clean. My issue was that there was NO hot water. My first shower was warm, second shower, cold water.

No hot water to shower. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. The cold shower was a deal breaker for me.

The owners are super nice. Local family. The breakfast is really good, fruit, yohurt, egg, avocado, bread coffee ans tea. Good laundry service. The main centre is a little hike away, 15-20 min. Easy straight route. I really enjoyed my stay. Stayed two nights and will return when in Cusco again after a week of travels.

Great place! There is a free breakfast which includes a large variety of fruit, eats, bread, juice and coffee. Staff are super friendly and accommodating with any issues you have. There is a nice outdoor area with some couches you can chill out on

Comfortable bed, hot water, strong wifi, good streaming tv, delicious breakfast, amazing location. Owners are incredibly nice. You can also pay by card as well. It was so quiet for me. Would stay there again

It was very cold in the room but I got extra blankets
