That we could get a room below R600 as we were just looking for a descent location to sleep over as we were visiting a special party and did not want to drive back Pilgrims rest.

The Front of house receival The abbundance in loose standing people around the veranda as we checked in by a wooden table on a patio. The lack of interest from the residing staff. There was one gentleman that was over and above trying to help us. At least. No towels.they said it was wet. And that was the end of it. No trying to help make a plan. I had to drip dry after shower as I was very sweaty and dirty. Afterwards took the scrunched up blanket in the cupboard to dry the floor. Toilet holder broken. Half a Roll standing loose on the cistern. No towels as mentioned earlier Towel rail, for no dutyful reason i suppose is also broken off. Mirror cracked in 3 pieces right through Bathroom door (rolling barn door) you cant open or close. Shower floor is so unwashed and old soap qwam from all other guest stain the grouting slimy white. No hangers in cupboard Used plastic spoon from previous occupants i presume under the walkway carpet. I accidently felt a lump under foot when i was walking barefoot. No additional 2 point plugs for chargers. The staff were drinking and having a braai upon our arrival 20:00 ish. No problem with that as it is suppisedly after hours and ours a late booking. But...... They had such a jol. When we returned atbout 23:00 from our function, they had a good party with loud music and making live reels with social media followers. As you can hear as they welcome more subscribers to their live show every now and then. It did not bother us so much. But the bad response i received when i went and asked for the towels. There was the smoking of maruana and drinking if ciders. Bookings.com I want a full refund of my R570. This is unacceptable. We were in need only for a place to rest our head for 5hours as we left at 04:30 again. They say you get what you pay for, hence me not too worried about my decision. However. I expect the mere tools or equipment to make the unit functional to work. I have photos that I took.

Staff was very friendly and eager to help

The stuff was very nice treated us good they were very professional the rooms were very nice and clean Also the living room was open and the kitchen too the out view was good and piecefull.

We didn't have enough materials for cooking it's was very poor because we thought were going to find enough dishes ,bowl for salads pots spoons

The guest house was not pleasing at all . We checked in & the staff was sleeping on duty . It looked like some shelter for people. There was no security at the gate. We had to get in ourselves and look for people around

Did my booking through booking.com and paid before hand...when we arrived at the guesthouse we were told that there is no rooms available...told me to request a refund. Staff was not helpful at all.

Nice and quiet.

No Wi-fi, No one cleaning the rooms. no mop no broom to clean no one changing towels. gate operated manually - not safe at night.

There's nothing I liked because you said you had accommodation the next thing I get a call after I booked you Say it's fully booked still waiting for my refund

The staff were rude!

After booking on Booking.com they just chased me off and said they were full.
