O proprietário é extremamente simpático e acessível. Estacionamento gratuito e vário comercio no bairro e arredores. Bairro com imensas cegonhas o que dá outro valor á propriedade pois nada como estar na varanda a vê-las

"Spacious, good amentities but could be taken care of a little bit better, and cleanliness as well"

I loved how spacious this apartment was, it was very nice that it had a washer to wash our clothes after a long trip. I enjoyed the balcony as well as the two full bathrooms so two people could have a shower at the same Time!

The cleanliness could have been a bit better. We moved the dresser over to fit our two suitcases against the wall, and there were 4 or 5 little bugs crawling around our suitcases we had to kill before they crawled into our clothes. As well as the bed felt “sandy” as if the sheets were not washed before our stay. We ended up sleeping on top of the flat sheet.
