Casaroyal Beachfront Siquijor

The location was just ok.

The room had an odor. There were two coffee cups and two bottles of water and a kettle. There was no coffee and no outlet by the kettle.

Location is beach front. Good views.

Unable to access internet connection insude the room.

the contact person was rather responsive. she even suggested to cancel one of the bookings (as we had 2) but we were too late to do it, so actually overpaid a bit...

the location is not good: it's in the middle of nowhere, under a hill and we had to go by foot with our luggage there; there is nothing to do there and nothing to eat/drink; it's always windy on this part of the island + the beach is very dirty; when we were leaving, there was NO ONE in the hotel, so we just left the keys in the door; the bathroom is just terrible: no water pressure, it's impossible to take a shower; in the morning, there were people walking there and making so much noise!

Location is quite good, the owner is helpful and friendly, but everything is very old and simple.

The room was so nice and spacious, receptionist was so nice and friendly and informative. The view of the beach is so stunning the air was so clean. The balcony so big we loved it!

I just hope there would be a TV and a microwave cause the room is really big, honestly bigger than a studio type condo so some entertainment would be nice and a place to heat food cause its on the top floor and its hard to go up and down the stairs. The tub/jacuzzi isnt working or filling up with water. Other than those everything was nice

The staff/Kim was nice and helpful, easy to reach out to. She also helped us arrange a scooter which was dropped off at the hotel.

The hotel looked like it was once a very nice hotel but unfortunately it has been unkept. There was no reception, and a back alleyway entrance. There were ants throughout the whole room, a cockroach in the bathroom and the toilet seat was very old and unsanitary. The mattress had stains. There was also no accountability for the people right outside our hotel room which meant there were people talking loudly/shouting every morning at 6:45 AM.

The hotel is located in a comparatively quiet area and right by the sea. You can hear the waves at night, but we liked that.

The sockets were old. The beach is less suitable for swimming.

Quiet and it is beach front.
