My food was served 2hrs after I ordered

I love the bathrooms and the rainfall effect. It was lovely. The rooms were minimally decorated but they were fit for purpose.

I didnt like their dishonesty and the fact that my special day held no meaning to them. I was getting married using their event center, i.e Watercress event center and my event planner explained the closeness of the hall to the hotel and advised we used the hotel. I booked the most suitable room for me been the bride who would be having so many people in the room with me, i.e their room which has a city view, (the Premium suite). I went to the hotel two days prior and made payment so there is no issue for delay when i need to check in. I was really kidding myself!!! I got to the hotel on the 21st to check in and my room was changed to a tiny ass suite just because booking.com put a wrong price on the room. Why not call me and explain to me so i pay the difference. Rather, my room was changed and there was minimal kindness shown to a new bride. I appreciate the kindness shown by Mr Moses and Mr Femi but i was so pained and disgruntled in the tiny confined space i was kept in on the day of my ceremony.
