The accommodation venue experience was very, very bad. The roads were in poor condition, and even the entrance to the venue damaged our car—that’s how bad it was. The rooms were not meeting our expectations according to the website and had a stuffy smell; showers very small and really not clean; the fridge in the room was not clean. The steps are risky, with no handrails, and there is an open, veranda-like space at the top of the stairs when exiting the rooms - it has no safety rails which poses a serious safety risk as one could easily fall. the place is certainly not child-friendly. The kitchen area was cluttered and untidy.

The service is excellent and the host can be contacted even after hours for assistance. The rooms are super clean.

Location: the road was inaccessible, gravel bumpy terrain. The location on google maps needs to be updated; we got lost. Beds: smelly sheets indicative of poor air circulation. Bathrooms: outside the room, making it unfriendly. Rooms: on hilly surface, posing risk of injury should you slip and fall. Yard: the yard had rocks, posing risk to car tyres ( tyre puncture).

We never get there because there’s no road to get there for me it's no no. I've requested a refund. i never stay i never slept. the only thing i want is my money,nothing is mentioned about the road or any difficulty situation to get there.
