Ich hab’s geliebt, tausend Dank an Angelika.

It had potential to be a resourceful stay with cooking facilities and easy to get to the city centre. However, there were no utensils provided to use the facilities and it was advertised as being more central and no information was provided on how to get to the centre.

It was filthy. There was only one towel each provided although in pictures it appeared that a hand/fave towel would be provided. Only one very thin pillow each. Requested both of these things and got no where. Staff were friendly however it appeared they are expected to work very long hours and not always as helpful as one would expect. (No information on wifi or how to use services provided on arrival). Our key card to the room stopped working on two occasions and after long days out we had lengthy waits to get a staff member to solve the problem.

Las almohadas podían ser muchísimo mejores y las zonas comunes podían estar más limpias.
