Roches was in the place! Dirty bedding, Host is a joke!! Wanted me to pay him to bring guests to the place!! Keep your money!! It's not worth me!! Trust me!!

It was an affordable staycation, great unit with great view, accommodating host.

I might have appreciated the heads up that swimming in the pool was not free. I paid anyway.

Property is too small for 5 pax (as per the reservation). Some Property maintenance works to be done including (1) pest control due to presence of lots of cockroach (2) lavatory / sink clogged (3) split AC dripping when in use.

The host charged me 1000 pesos every time i brought a visitor over, this didn't happen when i booked another room in the same condominium, it was a host thing not a condominium policy. At some point he almost got violent because i took more than 1 day to give him the charge. This was the host named sid, owner of room 2474. The security told me there was nothing they could do. Also when i booked, there wasn't any information about this anywhere. Besides that the ad said there was a private pool and minibar, there weren't any. I ended up paying him around 20k pesos.

I don't have negative comment on this hotel. Very impressive and elegant.

They have 16 elevators you can only use 8 to get to your floor half the time more then 3 are down leaving just 5 elevators for thousands of people it can take awhile to get from ground floor to your floor
