said they accept until 23:00 but did not answer phone at 21:30 send a email to us we called again did not answer again

I like the entire guesthouse

Big open shower Beds was really comfortable and slept like a baby The service was really nice and we will definitely stay there in the future again

Some of the showerhead holes seem to be blocked on the rose type shower head.It only has a fine mist or gushes water. There wasn't enough crockery only 2 tea cups and saucers.Our recommendation is coffee cups to be added to the room. The tv has a universal remote that wasn't properly installed so the remote functions didn't function as it was meant to.I could not get tv volume louder or softer so i searched the web to find a manual for the remote to install it correctly. Room was a bit dark not all the lights is working.

- It's was clean I must say. - great staff - they even wait for you till you arrive and keep you in the loop.

- 1st time I sleep in a guest house where we all share a bathroom and don't have individual bathrooms. - when I wanted to shower I could not have excess to the shower had to wait for an hour for another person to come out. - there was no change of towels or bedding in my unit, no fresh linen after I had slept there. - no bin in the rooms need to go to the kitchen to throw away stuff.

- I liked the location - It's near my workplace and the BWB shopping centre. - The place is very secure. - Friendly and polite staff. - It's affordable

- I wouldn't say I liked the room. - The bathroom is too small, and the shower head is not adjustable which makes it very difficult to take the shower. - For people that will stay more than 2 - 3 nights, I would suggest having iron and cleaning equipment like broom/mop inside the room. - The TV is in the kitchen which makes it difficult to watch while resting in bed. - Unexpected interruptions (visitors accidentally knocking in our room)
