Very friendly staff and modern housing.

The Location next to the the Restaurant. You are facing many visitors and really is the bad smell from the kitchen. There’s nothing to do in Puerta Princesa besides the Underground River.

Cosy, you can also buy fruits at the place like soursop 😍 ,mangos and bananas, coconut 🥥

Hot water sometimes doesn’t turn on, but actually its still acceptable to take shower with unheated water

Location and the restaurant is so great

We enjoyed our stay at Kerusso Haven. The standout aspect was definitely the staff, who were exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. They handled the arrangements for transportation, tours, and other services flawlessly, making everything smooth and stress-free. Our room was spacious, offering plenty of comfort during our stay. Overall, Kerusso Haven provided a positive and welcoming experience, and we truly appreciated the dedication and support of the team.

Good location, exactly what we expected a lodge in the jungle! Bambi, Catherine and Derek were very helpful with information & helping with transport. They made us all feel very welcome.
