Urban Edge Penthouse

The property is far exceeded my expectations. The most amazing views, spacious bedrooms, washing machine, braai facilities… the list is endless. Best part is you’re an elevator ride away from the best restaurants in Umhlanga.

Loved everything. Communication with the owner was also really fantastic. I’m booking it already for my next holiday in Durban

Location, easy access to shops and restaurants, comfortable furniture and a range of handy appliances

No aircons in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, fans were placed in rooms but not good enough to cool rooms. Shower curtain in 2nd bathroom could be replaced with a glass panel for a neater and cleaner look. Video recorded 7 monkeys popping up on the apartment private balcony at one point. Measures should be taken to curb possible access to apartment, especially where infants and toddlers are kept inside the apartment, there is a risk that these monkeys can make away with food and valuable items, or possible even carry out an infant. They seemed to know how to open an unlocked sliding door from outside.

The place was exceptionally perfect and safe. We had so much fun and probably will visit the place again. We had everything we needed and everything is nearby from the shops to the sea.

The area was good, only on the weekend very noisy. Darren the Owner is always available

It wasn’t clean and the noise from all the generators around the property also the noise from the Party people isn’t the nicest
