There were no lights in the garden,there was too dark in the garden. The bathroom does not have a shower holder,6 days, you can't make a shower with the shower in your hands. You need to have fixed money because the owner didn't had to give you the rest of the money 😂 He agreed to owe us 4 euros, which we didn't see it but not to let the price with one euro

This was my fourth time visiting Montenegro, and for this trip, I wanted a place that was not only well-located but also easy to access by car with free parking in the house. I’m so glad I chose this home... it was truly the perfect decision! The property is ideally situated halfway between two of Montenegro’s top destinations: Tivat and Kotor. If you’re traveling by car, you're just minutes away from both, making it incredibly convenient to explore the best of the region in a single day. The location strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility. The house itself is stunning: modern, private, quiet (no curious neighbors around or adjoining apartments), and beautifully designed. From the moment you arrive, you can feel how thoughtfully everything has been set up. The exterior is impressive, and the security system adds extra peace of mind. Inside, the décor is absolutely gorgeous — stylish, cozy, and very aesthetic. One of my favorite surprises was the private balcony attached to the living room. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but it came furnished with outdoor seating and a lovely patio area: the perfect spot to enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and lush nature with a coffee or a glass of wine. The night sky is absolutely stunning! The house was fully equipped with everything I needed and more. I was welcomed with a nicely prepared brochure suggesting all the stunning beaches and must-see spots in Montenegro, as well as complimentary water, soft drinks, and essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel). The powerful air conditioner kept the space perfectly comfortable, and the TV had Netflix and other entertainment options! a great bonus after a long day of exploring. Communication with the host was outstanding. They were responsive, friendly, and available 24/7 for anything I needed. That kind of support made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Everything looked amazing!.

Everything was ok!

- The price–quality ratio was excellent. For what we paid, we received a very high standard of accommodation—modern, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. It felt like real value for money. - The location was convenient: easy to find, situated on a quiet dirt road in a dead-end street—peaceful, yet still close to the main road. A great base between Budva and Kotor. You do need a car, though, and parking can be tricky. - The apartment itself was newly built, spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The layout was thoughtful and practical. - We really appreciated the window and door screens to keep out bugs and mosquitoes—something you don’t always find, and it made a big difference. - The bathroom had strong water pressure and plenty of hot water, which we always appreciate. - A big plus was the welcome brochure we found upon arrival. It contained all the practical information we needed and was very professionally put together. It gave the whole place a polished, cared-for feeling. - Dusan was friendly and highly responsive. If we needed anything, like extra towels, he brought them right over. Communication via the Booking app was easy and smooth. - The outdoor sitting area was a highlight—we had breakfast there every morning and enjoyed relaxing in the evenings. (One small suggestion: a lounging chair would be a lovely addition for reading and relaxing outdoors.)

- The biggest downside for us was the shower setup. There was no mount on the wall for the showerhead, meaning we had to hold it by hand the entire time. This made showering—especially washing hair—uncomfortable and tiring. A rain showerhead or mounted option would elevate the bathroom experience significantly. - The kitchen had enough space to include a microwave or even a small oven. - We were asked to take our trash to the main road ourselves. It’s a small thing, but not something we enjoy doing while on holiday.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was ideal, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Dušan was a fantastic host – friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The location is great—peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything you might need. Dušan is one of the best hosts we've ever met—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. He provided us with great local tips and made sure we felt right at home.

Nice newly built house a bit off the main road in a quiet area, easy to reach. Apartment fully equipped, big veranda to relax, quiet ACs and windows with mosqito nets, overall a very nice stay.

Pleasant and comfy space, everything seems brand new.

The location is great, between Kotor and Budva. Beautiful Tivat is also very close. There are beautiful beaches like jazz beach very near from this location. The apartment is very clean and the owners are worm. We enjoyed out trip. Recommend
