MAThe property was clean, including the blankets, which I really appreciated. Wi-Fi was available, and the location is quite good. What truly stood out was the staff especially Mr. Omar, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. When I raised concerns about the cold temperature, Omar immediately responded and provided us with an additional electric heater, which made a noticeable difference. The kitchen was nice, well-maintained, and very clean. Hot water was consistently available.
The bed mattress was noisy and uncomfortable. I stayed with my infant, and the constant noise disrupted the baby’s sleep. The property is also EXTREMELY cold, and while staff were helpful, the heating system itself needs improvement. I would strongly recommend addressing this issue as soon as possible to improve guest comfort. Unfortunately myself and my family fell ill afterwards despite precautions. Additionally, and more importantly the price feels high for the overall condition and amenities of the property, and it may be worth reviewing the pricing to better reflect the experience or explore opportunities for upgrades.

CHMAOur stay in Azrou was truly wonderful! The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly comfortable for the three of us. Omar, the host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — incredibly friendly, responsive, and kind. His warm hospitality really made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!
