The apartment was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was a nice homely touch to have candles and plants and the cute Easter decoration provided. The communication with the owner, Andreea,.was also very easy. The apartment is fairly centrally located but in quiet area, which was great. It's also easy accessible as the building has a lift. It was great to have a car parking spot, too. We had a wonderful time there.

Everything was great. If there is anything that could be improved, then we would suggest to have some comfier chairs in the living area. And the water pressure wasn't that fantastic but that's not the fault of the owner.

The location and the bathtub.

The host! A total of four beds are advertised but only two were prepared for use. Our reservation was for 4 ADULTS. This host said we had to pay to get all the bedding for the other two to be ready for use. Host repeatedly argued with me in a very nasty tone & accused me of being stupid because I requested that she honor the listing to have 4 beds for us to use. Host repeatedly refused until we agreed to pay money for the other two beds. This person is a scammer and a con! After I refused to accept only 2 beds - the host nastily agreed to bring bedding. This very long and hostile interaction ruined our stay. We couldn’t wait to leave. In addition - we checked in, got all the keys, moved luggage and no ID was ever asked for by anyone even in the midst of the constant messaging with the host. Later, we were asked to put cash payment in a lobby mailbox for which we requested a paid in full receipt. The host refused unless we provided very personal information and a copy of our ID’s.. we declined. Our ID has nothing to do with us getting proof that we paid cash into a mystery mailbox. Again… very argumentative with us until the host relented. We later received a receipt. Beware and rent someplace else. Nothing about this place was worth all of this hassle. We reported this host and both incidents the same day we checked in. The host’s behavior was investigated and deemed (in writing) as unprofessional and this of course upset the host. We strongly declined any more interaction with the host and checked out on schedule @ 7 days later.

Construction all around the apartment! Not noisy but not so great to look at.

A hidden gem indeed! The images don't fully capture how beautiful this apartment truly is. We had a question regarding the IBAN payment, but the host was very helpful and kind and we got it sorted out in no time.

Everything was great; there weren't any cons—not even one!

No AC in bedrooms

The apartment was very clean. It’s a new apartment and it has everything that you need for your stay in Braşov . We will definitely come back again. The host was nice and gave us clear instructions for checking in
