The staff were all very nice and friendly

They only cleaned the room when asked, and there was only one towel between the two of us,after 3 days they ran out of food and drink and there was no hot water for the entire stay, and even though I made arrangements for my friend to check in on the Monday they made him pay the bill and I wasn't happy about that
