The Ambience, The Bluetooth speakers, Fast Internet, 24/7 power supply and the Wonderful staff.

Well, couldn't get hot water to bathe with in the bathroom. I was told the heater runs on solar and that day was a rainy day.

Nothing! Everything was amazing!

Everything was very clean. My favourite part was the well-equipped kitchenette and the Bluetooth speakers in the apartment.

The power load shedding. The AC in my apartment didn't work for hours on my first night due to this issue. I was transferred to another apartment though, so good job on that.

The location is perfect as it’s close to the heart of town. The staff were also very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend!

They made us sleep on dirty and used sheets. Besides this, the room was smelly throughout our stay I complained about it but nothing much was done regarding the smell. The staff refused to let me leave when I wanted to because they were scared to lose their money to booking.com so I had to forcibly stay against my will which affected my finances and planning.

It was perfect.
