I didn't like anything....

It's allowed bad....totally waste of money.....don't go to this apartment .......

Location is good, everything else is sadly terrible and they don't seem to care since my complaints are exactly the same as others I read before arriving. I was optimistic about the place, and honestly the place had potential, but they ruin it with a lack of commitment and responsibility to those of us who trust them with our stay.

I wrote a text through booking 3 HOURS prior to my arrival, letting them know I was arriving so they would be ready. I never got a reply. When we arrived to Tangier, to the train station close to the apartment, we called the number provided. Someone who did not speak English answered the phone and said we needed to speak to someone else. This woman provided the phone number. Again, we had trouble getting in touch with this person and this complaint was already mentioned before in the reviews. I thought they would have fixed this problem by now, but no, you call one number, only to be given yet another number. We never get directions as to how to get to the apartment. After 30 minutes we find it. We finally get told who will find us in the building to give us the key to our room. Again, this person does not speak English or Spanish so we can't communicate with him. We get a translator; we fix that problem. Then, we find a towel hanging in one of the doors of the apartment, as if someone had used it. We think, weird, but ok. Then, no toilet paper and no fresh towels, ok, no shower then. We think we're ok, when finally the worst happens. We realize the bed sheets, blankets and everything in the bed had not been washed. The pillows smelled like cologne or were simple smelly, the sheets had marks of people drooling over them, the beds were extremely hard and the other room had a broken bed. This was far beyond acceptable conditions to rent a room out. Makes me sad that people do this and I have to say, we are adaptable people who have visited about 40 countries, and we had never been received in any accommodation in such poor conditions.

The location is near the train station.

Check-in: horrible experience, we had to wait for the guy to show up for almost 1 hour. Also, the number in the listing is not the correct one, they just give us another number to call. The address is incorrect, and there no way to have answers before the arrival. The place: Not even the place on the listning. Many things were missing or broken. Metal blinds broken, shower that leaked and not hot water etc. No towels or toilet paper. The staff: They just want to rip you off, the gas tanks needed to be filled and we waited for more than 8h and we still needed to search for the key dropping location in the building. They told us that we were going to give us some towel and just nothing. We contacted the guy more than 8 times without answers most of the time. We tried also to text him and no response on is part when we try to get our money back. DON'T GO THERE.

Don't go here. We booked an apartment via Booking.com in this building but when we arrived it turned out the building was at another address and our apartment was also 'already taken'. The apartment we than got was very dirty and not cleaned, there were not towels (only dirty), we had to buy or own cleaning products and toilet paper, everything was broken and dirty and it turned out there was an discotheque in the building so there is the whole evening en night every day lots of noice from the super loud music. Also you can here the windows are not closing completely, after 1 night of rain the apartment was full of rain inside. We had to find another apartment in the city because this is a scam. Don't go here. And please remove this scam from Booking.com.
