Very good location on a quiet street, 20-25 min walk to Republic Square. I highly recommend. Very correct and kind host, presence of continuous contact with him, he is always ready to help when asked for help. Thank you Alexander for everything. Thanks also for staying fair and not giving in to greed like so many other owners who resold their apartments for the nights during the Rammstein concert and left people homeless or extorting them at many times the price.

We rented here for a month and had a comfortable and wonderful time. The friendly, sincere and handsome landlord provided a comfortable big bed, a variety of pillows for us to choose from, and thoughtfully prepared a variety of laundry items. We could cook simple meals. There was a small bar in the room, where we could drink some red wine or make our own coffee. There were supermarkets, restaurants and buses nearby, and we could walk to the center or check in at scenic spots. We also had friendly neighbors. In short, everything was great! I will miss everything here!

I absolutely recommend this place. Warm apartment with plenty of towels and different pillow options. Located close to center with good transportation connections

Everything is great and owner is dedicated to improvements. Some welcome coffee would be a nice touch (some 2in1, 3in1, tea). Also please inform guests how radiators can be turned off, for us it was too hot at some point

Spacious room. Good price.

Old rooms and equipments. Only tiny sofa bed so need to bend my knees while sleeping. Only high pillow like cushion so my neck hurts. Narrow approach to shower room.

Everything is great

The host Aleksandar was very friendly, giving me a short tour of the neighborhood and leaving a bottle of wine as a welcome present. He lives nearby, so troubleshooting any problems is a breeze. The location is a central one, with many grocery stores, bars, and restaurants within the vicinity - I recommend Orasac (trad Serb fare & outdoor seating area), Poncho (mediocre pljeskavica but open 24/7), and Pavle Korchagin (Yugostalgic kitsch). Most of Belgrade's prime tourist attractions are within a 15-30 min walk.

Although it's on the first floor, the neighborhood is safe and the street outside is a quiet residential one.

Very quiet place, owner is very nice. 20 minute walk to centre, we were lucky to taste home made Serbian food owners mamma made.
