Неочевидное расположение и заезд на парковку, по карте к другому дому приводит. Возможно стоит повесить небольшой указатель.

Удобства приемлемые. Для переночевать и зайти в туалет/покушать самое оно. Без излишеств. (Вы же не сидеть в хате приехали) Саша, сдающий комнату - мировой мужик. С аэропорта забрал, про Монтенегро все рассказал. Помог найти здесь работу на будущее. В целом помогал по многим моментам. Такого не ожидаешь обычно ни от кого.

Если не придираться к мелочам, то минусов нет.
