We had an unpleasant and disappointing experience with the host at the property we booked via Booking.com. Upon arrival, we paid in cash. The host stated he did not have the change (16 euros) at the moment and would return it later. He also took our passports, saying he needed to register us at the tourist office. According to him, the process would take 15–20 minutes, so we agreed to wait. Later, the host told us there was an electricity issue at the tourist office and that he would go there later. He also said we shouldn’t wait for him. Therefore, we decided to go out and explore the city. In the evening, the host sent us a video showing that he had pushed the 16 euros under the door of the apartment. However, when we returned, we only found a single 1-euro coin on the floor. The remaining 15 euros were missing. We immediately contacted the host and informed him about this issue. That same evening, the host came with 15 euros in his hand and repeatedly tried to reenact how he had pushed the money under the door. His forced and exaggerated behavior felt unnatural and made us very uncomfortable. We clearly told him we had already seen this scene in the video he sent — there was no need to show it again. The money should have been handed to us directly. Especially since we were supposed to go together to the tourist office the next morning, he could have returned the change along with our passports then. The loss of the money was not our fault — it was entirely his responsibility. He claimed that only he and his elderly mother were present in the house. From what he said, we were left with three uncomfortable possibilities: either he was trying to blame us, or he had taken the money himself and didn’t want to admit it, or someone else had entered the apartment. All of these options were deeply concerning and destroyed our sense of trust.

Welcome cold🍺 was great. Parking for our motorbikes was safe and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious enough. Air conditioning functioned well. Apartman is not far away from the beach. Shops are in vicinity.

This is the coolest hotel owner I have ever met. Sasha was incredibly kind, polite, responsive. He did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. For booking 2 nights, he offered a free transfer. This unique selling proposition distinguishes him from competitors. The room is equipped with everything you need (WC, refrigerator, TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron, slippers and even coffee with sweets and a croissant). Excellent terrace. Excellent location 100 meters from Porto Montenegro. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Very good location, the apartment has everything you need, comfortable bed and nice balcony. Also the host was very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect.

The location is close to the beach and the city center. The owner is very friendly and provided me transfer from and to the airport almost for free.
