Tesis çalışanları yardımsever, sıcakkanlı ve anlayışlıydı. Bize ellerinden geldikçe yardımcı oldular. Çalışanların bazıları ingilizce bilmiyor ancak çeviri ile yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Bizden ötürü bir sebepten beklememiz gerekti, buna rağmen beklerken rahat etmemiz için kahve ikram ettiler.

Mobilyalardan kanepe yatak eski ve gıcırtılıydı, buna rağmen rahattı diyebilirim. 2 adet sandalyeden biri bağlantı yerinde sıkıntı olduğundan oturunca çöküyordu. Bunların haricinde genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi.

l'appartamento era molto pulito, super centrale e bello. Il ritiro chiavi è stato veloce e pratico, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile a farci lasciare le valigie li dopo il check out. al check in siamo arrivati molte ore prima del previsto ma l'appartamento era pronto . Lo consiglio fortemente!

The hosts were pleasant and communication was smooth.

The overall experience was disappointing. The humidity and damp smell inside the apartment were very unpleasant, and the entrance to apartment No. 4 looks really bad and uninviting. Considering the high ratings, I expected much more.

Nice location, close to city center. The apartment had everything we needed for our 4 days stay.

It’s in the basement so there was a bit of odor in the apartment from lack of ventilation and there is also no sunlight coming in during the day.
