splendid appartement, furniture in a very good condition, clean, good for tow or large families, secured area and there are concierge during the night very nice and helpfully host they helped us with accommodation in a difficult situation

The apartment was massive, had everything we needed, Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again! Location was about a 10 minute walk from the Riad, perfect! Added bonus was a lovely living room view!

Location is very convenient! In close proximity to attractions while being slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main medina. Very clean and spacious apartment that’s perfect for those traveling as a family.

Everything was perfect.

The flat was spotless and felt like being home with the beautiful and comfortable furniture and decorations. It is very spacious with both a living room and a den area off the dining room. The view was fantastic (beautiful sunsets)and the location was perfect, a short walk to the Medina and right by Marshan Park. There were small shops nearby for picking up groceries (and a great churro place) as well as nearby restaurants and cafes. The kitchen was well-equipped and the lighting was great — could choose bright lighting and also very warm low lighting depending on one’s needs. Both bathrooms were very nice with great water pressure (although that was the one place where the lighting could have been better).

Closer to Mirshan, 15 minutes walk to old medina; there are couple of good restaurants few minutes walk away; the host was very friendly. There are two beaches nearby: one is 5 minutes away and the other is much bigger beach, which is 15 minutes away by car.
