L'appartement est hyper bien placé pour se rendre en ville et aux diverses animations municipales. Et malgré cet emplacement en centre il est relativement calme. Les équipements sont très bien, complets. Très propre. Lumineux, et même un aperçu océan sympa ! Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil et à l'écoute.

Malheureusement la fermeté ++ des matelas était inconfortable pour moi (mais ce n'est pas le gars de mon mari cela ne l'a pas derangé) donc tres subjectif comme appréciation.
