Lo amplio de la casa, la alberca, la atención de la anfitriona y la buena ubicación.

La casa está muy descuidada, con olor a humedad y a drenaje de los baños, los baños tienen tapas que no ajustan bien a la taza y lastiman horrible, las puertas de los cuartos rechinan al mínimo toque, las puertas y cajones de los closets no se pueden abrir porque no sirven, diario salían cucarachas aún con las puertas cerradas. Si solo la usas para dormir está bien si la quieres para varios días (como yo) considera llevar de todo (despensa, artículos de higiene, etc).

En la descripción indican que cuentan con un area de paseo sin correa para mascotas lo cual es engañoso, ya que al llegar nos prohibieron que nuestra mascota ingresara a las areas verdes mostradas en la fotos de la propiedad ( el area asignada es un pequeño jardin del estacionamiento de aproximadamente 1x2 metros donde argumentan puede estar tu mascota, ademas las fotos del interior no coinciden con el lugar real donde te hospedas y al llegar el anfitrión Angel nos recibió para darnos indicaciones de forma muy grosera y altanera.

The place had kitchen and 3 bedrooms.

Lack of cleanliness, there were roaches and some lizards inside the house. The host is a bit stingy with the amenities. We requested 3 trash bags at the beginning of our stay of 2 nights, and he refused. The road where the villa is makes you feel unsafe, nothing happened, but I would not recommend this place, especially if you are traveling with children. Host also switched our villa from 209 to villa 208 and the villa 208 had lots of mildew near the AC units as well as other areas in the wall. My advice is to book elsewhere. The pics are deceiving.

Increíble experiencia, el propietario es la persona mas amable y atenta. La casa está muy bien equipada y en excelentes condiciones, pet friendly, eso sí con ciertas reglas como no dejar solos a los animales en ningún momento. Vale muchisimo la pena

La casa tiene excelente ubicación, el ambiente es muy familiar y tranquilo, tiene buena distribución y lo necesario para una buena estancia, los anfitriones son muy accesibles y atentos. Super recomendable!

Traveling from Vail, Colorado to meet my family at this incredible spot was an absolute delight! We had a blast enjoying the pool and the lovely inside of the house. Plus, the 24-hour security at the entrance gate gave me great peace of mind. The location is fantastic – super close to the Acapulco airport, as well as amazing dining and shopping options for some fun adventures outside. The beautifully manicured landscape was a feast for the eyes! And let’s not forget our wonderful host, Mr. Angel, who is always dedicated to enhancing the property. I can’t wait to return in the fall to the breathtaking “Hummingbird Acapulco”! It's going to be amazing!

Everything went smoothly, and I have no specific thoughts or concerns to address at this time. Overall, the experience was excellent.

First negative review I have given in 20 years. Very bad experience. Expedia says they accept credit cards and debit cards. I went there and he demanded cash. I pointed out to him that the Expedia site says they accept credit cards and he would not take a credit card. I did not have that amount of cash so he said I had to go to the bank machine. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. There was a gross stain on the couch the size of a grapefruit. The toilet kept plugging. No ventilation in the bathrooms No hot water for the first night because he did not turn on the boiler. He disabled the washing machine because he said we were only staying three nights and did not ned Three bars of soap, each the size of a silver dollar for 8 people Gave us three rolls of the cheapest toilet paper for 8 guests. The first morning we were out of toilet paper and I asked him for more and he said' Its not a hotel and we would have to wait, So I had to go to OXO and buy some. Two hours later he brought four more rolls. Gave us one garbage bag for eight people. My wife aske for more and he said if we need more he would bring one. We bought our own Felt like he was going into the unit when we were not there. We put little papers in the door on the third night and when we arrived home the papers had fallen on the floor. Balcony door did not lock. Hide a bed in living room had no mattress and he said we could buy an air mattress. Very bad experience
