Beautifull Apartment

Favourable location, well-equipped and spacious apartment, friendly and helpful host.

The apartment was very dirty and poorly maintained: the previous guests' garbage hadn't been thrown out, some of the furniture and especially the radiator had thick layers of dust on the inside, the shower and the faucet were clogged with limescale (see the split stream on the photo), there were stains on the bathtub, on the shelves inside the refrigerator, on the duvet cover and on a pillow case, and most alarmingly of all, there was some sandy substance on the bedspread (possibly undissolved detergent). The conditions were unbearable, so I moved to another property the first night. Furthermore, the description on Booking is false - it says that there is a microwave, but the owner explicitly stated that there is none. Lastly, our reservation clearly indicated that we had 24/7 checkout (see the attached image), yet the owner requested that the property be vacated by 11:00 at the latest, which would have ruined my plans for the last day of my stay (basically I was cheated). Thankfully I was able to quickly find another property in the area, which did not have any of these problems. Maybe this property once deserved 9+ stars, but for whatever reason, things have really gone down hill for it lately.

Good location, comfortable bad, excellent communication with the owner

Alavost na novac kao i kod vecine drugih vlasnika ,sakrivanje daljinskog od klime,stan je bio prljav ,vlasnik je obuven prosao ceo stan da bi nam objasnio gde je frizider kao da smo deca od 10 godina ,tako da su nam carape posle toga bile ispraljane U sobi su stvari iz 2005 godine ,tako da ni u kom slucaju ne moze biti Bautifull Vlasnik je trazio otkazivanje rezervacije na sta nismo hteli da pristanemo ,jer kao i vecina ostalih vlasnika u Nisu trpa taksu u dzep jer kada otkazete rezervaciju nema osnova da vas prijavi obratite paznju na to!!!!! Terasa je 50cm x50cm gde treba da se pusi stojeci,sve u svemu nikada vise ovde

Super lokacija,apartman ima sve, vlasnik izuzetno prijatan i pristupacan,vidimo se sigurno opet 👍
