This is a beautiful apartment with a lovely back garden and lots of space.

Lovely location, beautiful property! Close to seamless bus stop to airport. Close to free overnight public bike storage, botermarkt, and groceries. Right on the canal, beautiful garden in the back! Spacious apartment with very high ceilings.

On a busy road, unable to open noise insulated windows for fresh air at night, might not be ideal for noise sensitive. That said, the owner has made great effort to sound insulate and once inside one does not notice/hear traffic. Heating room to room is a bit finicky, there is little to no heat in the shower/toilet area. The government in the Netherlands does not allow cooking in tourist rental accommodation, I was told by Dave, so cooking is limited to microwave and an egg cooker provided by the owner.

Duvet was rather heavy for Springtime. The toilet room was rather cramped.

The attention to detail from Dave, the property owner, is excellent. He is very thoughtful and a fantastic host. The property is located in a very good spot, you are near to everything and everywhere. There is public transport within a minute’s walk, and so are the shops. The property is spacious, there is a high quality bed, the heating is always at a comfortable level, and the kitchen is well equipped. In short, this is a prime location and would recommend staying there.

The cleanliness, neatness of the apartment. Well equipped and stylish decor - just made me feel like I was at home. Dave was really kind while also mindful of giving us space to enjoy a peaceful time - Thank you.

It would have been ideal to have had a washer/dryer.
