Absolutely nothing.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. The host gave our room away when we already made the reservation a few days beforehand. We called her to let her know we were going to be a bit late for check in and she was extremely rude. She was yelling at me and my friend that was speaking Serbian for me over the phone and she wanted to give us another room with no AC and it was an open concept apartment with no privacy at all... when we clearly wanted two bedrooms as I traveled with my fiancé and a friend.... it was so disappointing and stressful to find another place in such a short notice... mind you, she gave the room away MINUTES BEFORE OUR CHECK IN. It was quite unprofessional and inconsiderate. DO NOT BOOK WITH HER AT ALL!

First of all we have never experienced such rudness, inhospitality. When we arrived to Apartmany Pandurevic the owner didn't want to show us what we have booked and paid for, explaining that the apartment cost much more than we have paid and that she can show us some other room. We didn't agree with her and without further explanation she kicked us out claiming her house her rules.She gave us our money back, but after 8 hours of driving you can imagine how we felt.It took us few more hours to find another apartment

The garden is great. It is shared with other guests but still has enough space.

Pictures on Booking.com were showing nice and comfy rooms, but Apartmani Pandurevic has many apartments. It is logical only the best are shown. However, in my opinion, it is fair to give a heads up on what should be expected. What we got it was a room with a bathroom. The room was so small we couldn't open suitcases on the floor.

About pluses are only wifi and that room was clean.

Initially, we booked a room through booking, where the price and photos were indicated for a superior room with a bathroom and a kitchen. On the phone and upon arrival at the apartment, the owner of the apartment was absolutely not polite and rude. The first thing we were told was that for that price we would not be able to get the room that we booked and that the price for it is much higher, which was not agreed in advance. We got a really small room with a broken lock on the door that couldn't close and shared toilet for the rest of the guests in the hallway. The check-in that was in booking at 14:00 happened only at 16:00, as the room wasn't ready, even though the owner had been warned that we would arrive at the appointed time. During the paying, even for the price of a superior room in booking including all taxes, the owner assured that taxes were not included in the price and that you had to pay extra. The guests in the next room had the same problem and were literally crying on arrival when they didn't get the room they had booked and paid for.

Ms. Branka has fullfied all of my expectations and beyond. She will never really-truly leave you unattended should a need arise.
