The service was excellent. Wen helped us out in every way that she could. My mistake of not sending in my ID ahead of time for access on the premises, she came all the way to the security office and helped us out so we would not wait the hours it takes to process. We waited in our unit made dinner while we waited for the whole process.

Maybe we should have stayed longer. But looking to come back another time.
