Check in process is fussfree, the house is clean and comfortable.

No washing machine. The shower room should have a shower curtain to prevent water from flowing out. As the floor was so wet, 1 of my friend slip and fall in the toilet.

Property is super clean, great location to the base, quiet, warm and very comfortable. Will definitely book again when coming to Hamilton.

It was a great place to stay. Great location. Very clean and tidy. Great facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Pillows were a little hard, but personal preference on that. Maybe a handrail in the shower for older people.

Quiet location, good bathroom, plenty of parking

The bed linen was inadequate, duvet inner very thin, beds were hard as rocks, rubbish found from previous guests, need more utensils for cooking with, advertised as having a washing machine and when enquired was told no it didn't when it clearly does.. CLEANING wasn't very clean, requires an iron board, iron and broom if intending to stay for a while.. heatpump makes terrible noise . Towels very thin and small.

Was easy to get to,clean n very tidy,comfortable. Very spacious. Easy instructions. Awesome shower bathroom.

There was nothing to moan about. Was flawless.

Handy to family. Very comfortable lounge furniture and bed. Everything there that we needed.
