It was close to the Shrine of Guadalupe and the malecon. Bathroom was fairly clean and WiFi was consistent.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and we never received a reply when I messaged the contact person. We also didn’t receive check in instructions prior to arriving; I messaged them twice, the listed number went straight to voicemail, and I had to call Booking customer service for help. We finally received check-in instructions after almost an hour. There were ants in the kitchen (we did not cook and had no open food containers) and living area looked pretty worn.

Quiet area not far from everything you need.

There was lots of parking, and easy access to the property. Central location, lot's of dining options in the immediate area. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was good, and the tiling was excellent. We watched Netflix on a huge TV. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge and stove/oven.

Our room had a futon sofa, and it was sooooo uncomfortable to sit and watch TV on. We lacked dish towels, and hand towels in the bathroom.

Location and room layout was good

There were NO items that demonstrated any consideration about the guests! Kitchen: no dish towel or paper towels, sub-minimum dishes and glassware and utensils, no drying rack, basically empty cupboards. A MAJOR WATER LEAK UNDER THE SINK! We had to work 20minutes to wipe it up, and placed the waste can underneath to catch the water. No comfortable place to sit or eat, peeling walls and ceilings, very noisy from other guests upstairs. Bathroom: no hand towels, no place to put or hang any toiletries, NO TOILET PAPER! So very very disappointing.

Place to park but not secured.

It was only a place to sleep. It was not set up for a comfortable stay. No amenities. No coffee or tea, salt or sugar or cooking materials No bathroom amenities. No cotton sheets.

Very clean and modern apartment. Comfortable bed & hot shower. The TV and streaming selection is very impressive & the wifi is fast. The location is great! It's very safe with off street parking. It is within walking distance to the malecon, restaurants & beach (or very short drive - 2 min). Pet friendly. Roman greeted us when we arrived and we exchanged phone numbers in case we had any issues.

There are a few maintenance tasks required (electric sockets, loose door handle, TV won't shut off with remote control). The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit on, too low for the TV.
