"not friendly, not accomodating."

I have requested a late chack in between 23.00 and 24.00. I have send this at 07.00 in the morning due to my flight (more or less). After this I have 4 meetings, flight of 2 hours / 1400 kilometer and meeting and drive for 2 hours. Then I arrive / nobody. Took at 23.10 alternative and booked into a hotel. The feedback, you need to wait for answer..... I have meetings, cusotmers, flights to check, employers to check. Do not agree with this response.
