Clear apartments with everything you need for one night in Belgrade, The value for money is very nice.

Vzhledem k brzkému odjezdu nemohu hodnotit snídani, ale dá se dokoupit. Dobrá komunikace s majiteli přes internet.

Lokalita dostupná pouze vlastním dopravním prostředkem. Přístup do malých apartmánů po příkrých schodech. Nevhodné pro starší či pohybově omezené osoby. Platba pouze v hotovosti.

We stayed here on our way to Montenegro and we also stayed here when we came back from our trip but we didn’t look forward to sleep here again because of the bad smells and how uncomfortable it was. The only thing that was good was the kind owner.

We got two different apartments then the first time but the smells were terrible, even worse than in the other two apartments, especially in the bathrooms. It was really hard to stay in there but thankfully we were really tired and fell asleep quickly. The rooms felt dirty and the pillows are very uncomfortable. No trash cans in the kitchen, there were big spiders next to the beds and the bathrooms are not practical. It’s hard to sit on the toilet because of the sink. But the worst thing were the terrible smells in the bathrooms. I won’t advise anyone to stay here, unless the place will be renovated and taken better care. Too bad because the owner seems really nice and friendly.

The owner is really friendly and quick to reply to messages. We arrived before midnight but she waited for us. There was enough space for our whole group.

There was no trash bin in the kitchen, dirty dishes and ustensils and the apartment in general was not very clean. You could smell cigarettes in the whole building that was very unpleasant and it was hard to shower.

First of all, the location is great if you go by car (parking space) or bus (4 bus stations around) so we didn’t agree with the location comments we’ve read, the bus leaves every 3-5mins so it’s actually very well connected to the city center etc. at any given hour. Second, the apartment is very cosy and I think great for group of friends (like us) or family, because it has a big kitchen/ living room for hanging, eating etc., huge balcony and two big bedrooms with insanely comfortable beds. Kitchen also offers the standard appliances for cooking (simple) meals, so we saved a lot of money this way. It also has a whole lot food delivery options for lazier ones like us (via Wolt etc.). :) Truly the only bad thing we can say is that the water pressure under shower isn’t that good, but that comparing to good things doesn’t lower our rate. We went to Belgrade for New Years and had a really great experience with host, who was very helpful and adaptable (with late, no rush checkout and forgotten keys) and apartment, we would all return so we very much recommend.
