La posizione della struttura è ottima per raggiungere il centro. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose.

Mancanza di parcheggio in zona, quindi si è obbligati a pagarlo, non ci sono posti gratuiti vicini. Essendo al secondo piano bisogna fare un po' di scale, niente di problematico, ma se si hanno valigie pesanti c'è da considerarlo. Purtroppo di giorno le temperature salgono e al momento manca l'aria condizionata in stanza. Il proprietario ci ha però correttamente avvisato della cosa.

Nice location

The photos were different from the room we got, and the floor was uneven and made noise when you stepped on it. The room was good enough, but not what I thought.

Undoubtedly brilliant location, cannot fault that. Big space in a nice building.

There were several issues with the property that could be easily resolved. 1. WiFi did not work for the duration of our stay and most annoyingly the host did not even respond to our WhatsApp messages regarding this 2. There was no bottled water on arrival. 99% of accommodations provide this as a courtesy. 3. No Kettle provided. 4. Main front door and room door only lock and unlock with a key which is super dangerous. Both doors need cylinders with key on the outside and turn on the inside. 5. The shower is small and the shower doors did not close fully. Small adjustment needed to correct this. 6. The bathroom is a generous size but for some odd reason the basin is fixed right in front of the loo making it an annoying hazard 7. Dripping bathroom tap. 8. The sensor lights in the halls do not stay on long enough to find a key and unlock doors. a lot of arm waving needed. 9. The rugs on the floors have no anti slip tape under them making walking on them very dangerous. We removed them all. 10. No clear instructions on checkout procedures provided or mentioned to us. 11. The bed was a small double. in such a huge space a biigger bed could eaaily have been provided 12. The mattress waa the cheap and saggy. We wanted to love this place and would urge the hoat to make small changes to enaure a better experience for guests.
