The reception was excellent, and the security team were top notch 👌🏾, very very helpful. Nancy 's place is very beautiful. We were welcomed by Grace, and she checked on us the following day to see if we were settling in well.

Grace the agent who met us was very nice and tried as hard as she could to improve matters out of her control. Security staff at the main gate were lovely. Nice quality towels and comfortable mattresses. Fan and aircon in bedrooms. Good general location being Century City.

All of this has been discussed with owner of the apartment. I have sent photographs of the state of the place and they have agreed the accommodation requires significant work. They requested that handymen be sent during our stay but we really did not want further inconvenience. This is not a luxury apartment. The place is in a state of disrepair with paint peeling from the walls, fixtures and fittings predominantly run down and old, blinds dirty and broken, terrace very dirty, intercom disgustingly dirty, windows and doors difficult to open and close. Lounge furniture with holes and uncomfortable. Shower in the main bathroom had such poor pressure it was hard to use. But the worst issue is the horrible smell that permeates the apartment from long term dampness. The wind is so strong there that one cannot leave windows and doors open to try and get in fresh air as everything slams constantly and pictures blow off the walls. Other issues which the owner may now be addressing are: - Dirty sponge in kitchen, no cloth for washing dishes - No bin bags provided - No detergent for the washing machine - Only 2 tablets for the dishwasher (we booked for a week) - Only 1 roll of loo paper provided - No teabags - No coffee - No satellite channels - No board games or puzzles

Cleanliness, no detergents provided for cleaning. 1 towel per person for 4 days. 1 toilet roll per toilet provided 4 days. No complimentary Teas or coffee supplied.
