È una bella struttura ampia su più piani. Stanze di media grandezza e come la gran parte delle stanze nelle Filippine ci sono pochi appoggi. È a due passi dal Centro e dalle piazze principali del paese. Il personale è speciale!

La struttura è molto bella, ma andrebbe tenuta più pulita. Ci sono molte ragnatele in stanza e in bagno. Noi siamo arrivati alle 10.30 e abbiamo pagato 100 pesos in più per il check in anticipato

Staff kind and polite. Room basic but fine. Drinking water free.

Unfortunately, I have to give a low rating because of what happened on the last night. A large group of people arrived and shouted all night, slamming doors and yelling. The staff did nothing to stop this madness. I had to leave my room at 2 a.m. to try to do something, but nothing changed. The staff just pretended nothing was happening. No hot water

The place is quiet and nearby shops and in the town center of Vigan.

No soap/ shower gel ,no shampoo and no toothpaste and toothbrush.

The staff were very good. They were helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel is situated in an excellent position for visiting Vigan with all of the main attractions within easy walking distance. The same applied to restaurants and eateries. The room we had was adequate for our needs. This is not a luxury hotel however it is exceptional value for a budget traveller.

It lacks some of the necessary basis items such as a trash can. No hot water. Worn out / defective shower head. No shower curtain.
