IEZAIncredible setting on the beach, away from the hustle of the main town. Penthouse is spacious and as expected, very well equipped.

ZAThe tiles used on the floor are NOT SAFE when wet, particularly for elderly people. I am surprised you have not had a bad accident with someone slipping on the wet tiles outside. The parking arrangement is not up to standard - when you pay so much for accomm you should not have to hassle with parking several times a day - needs to be sorted out. The ice feature in the machine didn't work - again, not acceptable when you are paying the price we paid. The oven is gas, which is unusual so should be highlighted - we struggled forever before realisign that ourselves. The frying pan is ridiculous for a place of this calibre and certainly not up to the standard of the other equipment provided.
