Cleanliness, location of the room which had an amazing view. It was also fun going up and down the stairs...

The fact that no water was available at the tapes and we couldn't take a shower in the morning. This was a council issue and affected the entire area, had nothing to do with Bluenote Guesthouse.

Dee, the host, was incredibly welcoming. She prepared a delicious breakfast for us, and the communal area offered complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits. They also provide additional snacks and wine for a small fee, which was a really convenient touch. The Muzeinberg beach is conveniently located 5 minutes and there’s also tons of restaurants located nearby.

Shower floor is very slippery and needs more traction. Rugs have no traction and are a tripping hazard. Beach towels are not provided, which is inconvenient for travellers who fly. The floorboards squeak and the person underneath was very upset if we even walked to the bathroom. Thick dust under the beds, which gave me a stuffy nose. Certain guests conduct their Zoom meetings from the lounge which prevents other guests from enjoying the lounge.
