AUThe view was nice for a photo or two during the stay. The young male staff member was very kind and helpful during the stay
Where to start! I stayed in room 1B. There were countless ants all over the room and bathroom. There were multiple cockroaches inside the bathroom during the stay. The toilet was leaking at the back causing lots of water to pool up on the floor. The blinds on the window were very thin and the lights from the hallway outside the room made sleeping difficult. The AC was falling off the wall and looks like it was held together with the wall by duck tape. The TV is very old, barely works and half the buttons do something other than what it is stated to do.

On bookings.com I didn't know that the comma meant that it was either / or choice on the bed instead of both. I thought that it was twin beds and a queen bed. I wonder how bookings.com can change this to at least give notice or choose in advance which type of bed to select. Or maybe the room name can be titled twin bed or queen.
