The stairs and breakfast not included in the price but the welcoming of the landlady was really nice. We recommend to all who visit Cape Town

"Heerlijk verblijf met heel vriendelijk personeel"

Wij vonden alles aan ons verblijf geweldig. Maar vooral het vriendelijke personeel en de lieve eigenaresse. We hadden een late vlucht en we konden een hele dag in ons appartement blijven waardoor we een relaxte dag hadden. Mochten we weer naar Kaapstad gaan, komen we zeker terug!

"Great stay with excellent staff"

Neat and clean. Good position - although a bit noisy. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful.

Netflix didn’t work and aircon/heater also not working. Maybe a bit of attention to detail.

"Amazing week's stay for our wedding"

Jeanette, Maureen and all the staff were amazing. Made our family group from all over the world feel so welcome and could not have done more for us. Rooms are comfortable and the location perfect.

Very good location, a short stroll to the cafes and sea/boulevard. Jeanette is an excellent host, very accommodating, helpful and loves to have a chat. Staff are very friendly.

Breakfast was fine to set the day, we ate out mainly. Janet's staff were so well trained, but not only that, they were always happy to help with anything we asked of them ..always with a smile. Janet's provided a retreat that is clean, welcoming and a great place to stay. As a location it's ultra convenient, and sitting on the balcony, by the pool each evening, watching the world go by with Janet's other guests, made the holiday extra special for my brother Hilton and myself. Thank you Janet and your lovely staff. We'll definitely recommend everyone to make this your home from home
