A section of the house has no proper enclosed wall, from boards, plastics, sticks to open air, and so indoors are the same as outdoors; cold when it gets cold (a small heater provided, and we used it in a bedroom), anything else you get outside, like mosquitoes. Shower temperature is out of control, from cold, hot, to complete shutoff.

Very unique and beautiful space. The rooftop patio was amazing. The park out front was lovely with several cafes open into the evening. Very convenient location overall. Some past reviews mentioned problems with the hot water, but they just installed a new on demand water heater, so the shower is nice and warm!

The towels were pretty small, and the single hand towel was especially thin and small, so it was just constantly wet. Also, bath mat would have been nice. Very small inconveniences, but some slightly nicer towels would make a big difference.

Great apartment, oozing with character! Loved the little park right in front of the flat. Very convenient having my little dog with me. Lots of friendly people and their dogs in this charming little park. Was surprisingly quiet there. Very easy walk to Centro, and other shops. Nice breeze in the evening flowing through the flat as well. Good energy place. 😊

The water in the kitchen is a problem. No pressure, could easily be fixed with a pump under the sink. And no hot water either. ☹️ The fridge should be replaced, it barely kept my food cold,..and the freezer didn’t freeze properly. Had to throw food away. Shower water goes all over the place. Shower water temp was not consistent, was either really hot or cold. Water heater has not been set up for using both temps of water at the same time?.!🤨 Sofa bed was very hard. Thank goodness I brought a mattress topper with me. Only street parking available. Had to pay for parking which I feel I was scammed on and charged 2 extra days. 😡

Difficult to get hot water in kitchen

The host met us at the property and gave us a tour. The apartment was incredible. It is large with 4-5 separate rooms and 2 bedrooms. The value is incredible. There is also a great rooftop patio that overlooks the local square which was beautiful.

We had to pay cash which was a little inconvenient. You can also do bank transfers if you have a Mexican bank

Once I got to the property the owner wanted to charge 30% more for use of the second bedroom although the ad was for both rooms. She said it was an error with the ad. Completely not our fault. Also no parking as stated. Only street parking and private paid parking across the street. Completely unacceptable. We ended up getting another Airbnb
