Waterfront Apartments

A wonderful place! The apartment is very clean and tidy, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. There is all the necessary kitchenware and a lovely spot for dining. The beach is just five meters away, and each room includes a pair of sun loungers and a sun umbrella. If you enjoy swimming, try going early in the morning, when the sun is just beginning to rise over the mountains. In the evening, you can sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and listen to the peaceful silence of the Bay of Kotor. Special thanks to Leo for his willingness to help and the great conversation.

We stayed four days in the property. Property located in a fabulous location and this property is little bit far from the Kotor town centre, the place is really quiet and beautiful. Staffs are really friendly they gave proper information about the place in the place.

Collecting the keys was quick and easy. I felt welcome right from the start!

Locatie aan het meer is top. Uitzicht is schitterend. In de ochtend kwamen 2 grote cruiseschepen langsvaren. Leuk om te zien. Omgeving is super met Kotor, Budva. Perast en Cetinje

Appartement (begane grond) is echt slecht. Lijkt wel of het midden in een renovatie zit. Stopcontacten los. Geen verlichting in woonkamer. Douchestang kapot. Bloed aan dekens. Echt toe aan een grondige renovatie. In tweede nacht veel regen waardoor de regenafvoer buiten een hard hinderlijk tikkend geluid gaf. De weg is zeer druk met voorbijrazend verkeer. Let op! hier moet je contant de verblijfskosten betalen.

De locatie was prachtig.

Het water in de douche is heel kort warm, namelijk nog geen minuut. Ook nadat de host ernaar had gekeken was er nog steeds geen verbetering.
