Appartamento molto spazioso, luminoso e curato. È suddiviso su due piani tutti rivestiti in legno e con un ampio terrazzo con una bellissima vista sui tetti di San Cristobal. La cucina con sala pranzo annessa ha il necessario per cucinare. Sulla mansarda c’è anche un ampio divano letto. L’accesso all appartamento avviene tramite un bel cortile interno ricco di piante e alberi, comune ad altri alloggi dove è possibile parcheggiare l’auto e sfruttare gli spazi comuni. La struttura è a due passi dalla strada pedonale che attraversa tutto il centro di San Cristobal

We liked the private terrace, and the king bed and linens were extremely comfortable! This place is pet-friendly.

We stayed 2 nights but when asked for a light cleaning on the 2nd sday, they wanted to charge extra. We ended up finding a broom and mop and cleaned up ourselves.

We enjoyed the spacious apartment full of daylight and a very comfortable bed. Wifi worked well during our stay. Great location!

The floors and indoor spaces in general were ice cold. After showering it took more than 24 h for the floors to dry. There were no closets or hangers for the clothes, although we preferred to keep our clothes in the luggages as it was so humid that the clothes would feel wet after a while. Fortunately there was no smell of moisture damage, however.

Location was great, and it was spacious enough for three adults and one baby. Plenty of hot water for showers.

A lot of the kitchen utensils are in rough shape, but that happens at these places. Heating was also extra (if you wanted it). Maybe that's also normal for the area.

Wonderful apartment in San Cristobal with a secure gate and a huge garden that our kids loved playing in. Very well equipped kitchen, spacious and clean. Good location, minutes walk to shops and cafes. Good comms from the owner and Erika the house cleaner was super efficient and helped us with washing clothes and a providing a big water container. Highly recommend this apartment.

There were a few small drainage issues with the toilet and bathroom. The wifi was down on the last day at no fault of the owners.
